Ken Ng has more than 20 years of investment, finance, operations and compliance experience covering a broad range of industry sector companies.


Ken was the CFO of a Singapore based single family office with financial investments, real estate development as well as business trading operations in China, Malaysia, Japan and Singapore. In this role, Ken has significant responsibilities in relocating the family office from Hong Kong to Singapore. He has full oversight over governance, investment management support, business review analysis, finance reporting, tax planning, trust administration and compliance. Ken has also taken a lead role in setting up private equity and venture capital funds, executed real estate transactions and investments in Japan, China and Singapore.


Prior to his role at the family office, Ken has worked on APAC regional M&A and business development leadership roles for two large MNCs. Ken has led and executed a substantial number of M&A deal acquisitions and joint ventures deals within media, entertainment, consumer and industrial sectors in China, Japan, India and Southeast Asia. Ken is well-versed in all aspects of the deal cycle from origination, valuation/modeling, due diligence, negotiation, SPA signing/closing to post-deal integration.


Ken started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Singapore and London and in Deloitte for several years performing audits, M&A due diligence, financial analysis, valuations and reporting of companies within the consumer and industrial sectors in United Kingdom, China and Southeast Asia region.


A consistent top performer and business leader, Ken is commercially driven, balancing the need to achieve the desired outcomes of a deal and at the same time finding solutions to address effectively business risks or deal issues.
